As a business with international presence and several locations around the globe, we ship Smart Retract products direct from our facility to nearly any address in the world. For information on shipping timeframes to your chosen location, please see the transit time calculator in our Online Store.

Smart Retract pays all applicable taxes and customs fees up front if you are shipping to an address in Canada, the United Kingdom (UK), or a European Union (EU) country. You’ll owe nothing extra to your carrier when your shipment is delivered. For more specific information, see our FAQ.

If you do not see an available shipping option during check out, contact us for a shipping quote at info@SmartRetract.com. For an accurate quote, you will need to let us know the specific items and quantities you wish to purchase, along with the complete shipping address and your contact information.

We think you will be more than pleased with your purchase from Smart Retract, but we know that at times there are problems or issues with installation or other concerns. Before you decide to return the product, contact us and describe the issue you are having. We have helped many customers walk through their challenges and we are glad to help in any way we can. If in the event you do need to return an item, please note that we can accept items that are free of odors, clean and undamaged. A restocking fee will not be charged if items meet these conditions, but shipping charges are not refundable. To begin the return process, you will need to contact us at info@SmartRetract.com and request instructions for return along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When contacting us for a return, please also be sure to include your name and address or Order ID, along with the reason for your return.

Smart Retract looks for ways to ‘go green’, so we do not use paper receipts in our product shipments. You can locate your Order ID on the product shipping label and on your emailed receipt.

Send product returns in the original packaging, if available, or similar packing material. All parts and accessories must also be included for a full refund. Include a note in the shipping box with your RMA number and print the RMA number on the outside of the box.

After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund for the purchase price in the form of a credit to the payment method you used (minus shipping charges), which is usually within about a week of our receiving your product. You’ll receive an email confirmation notice of the refund.

All Smart Retract product purchases include a one-year warranty for defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty goes into effect on the date of purchase and extends just to the original owner. It does not cover damage that occurs during use, or misuse of the product, or for typical wear and tear that occurs during normal use. If you believe that your product requires a return for a reason covered by our warranty policy, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and warranty instructions by emailing our customer service team at info@SmartRetract.com. We will assist you through the process in any way we can.

At Smart Retract, we collect personal information such your name, address, and payment information during order checkout, but only if you submit it and place an order with us; otherwise, we do not solicit, collect, or save any of your personal information. Your personal information is only used to complete and send your order. Your credit card information is transmitted only to the credit card processor for completing your transaction. We do not save any credit card numbers, so if you call to reorder more items, please be sure to provide us with your credit card information.
